Quickly grapped my cam with the tele. I thought with the telezoom I could avoid the ugly foreground. I liked to use more f-stop, but I went freehanded and wanted to avoid longer shutter speeds. If I had run for the tripod I would have missed the best colors because the whole show disappeared after less than five minutes.
The whitebalance and color tones are difficult with sunrises and sunsets. Best to develope it directly after the shot so the impressions are fresh.
