X-Mas songs can be old fashioned and boring, but when you arrange them in a different unusual way then it can be very interesting. Jo’s Jul Club is a project which presents these songs in jazz style.
It could happen that the original song could not be identified but that was an exception. All songs showed delight in playing and offered times for soloist presentations of all musicians. The audience was more than satisfied. So the band went out of pieces for encore and they had to play a song from the beginning for a second time.
